AWT Real Estate Unit was established in 1990 with a view to develop sustainable real estate business for meeting the challenges of Housing Industry. Four Housing Schemes at Lahore, Rawalpindi and Peshawar have been developed and House construction has started. Two commercial plazas one each at Rawalpindi and Karachi have been built. Acquisition of Askari Bank Limited Premises and their renovation all over Pakistan is being carried since year 2007. Development of a commercial plaza in main Gulberg Lahore and a Housing Scheme at Adiala, Rawalpindi is under consideration.
