1. Askari Development and Holdings (Pvt) Ltd (ADHL) has been established since 30th January, 2015 as 100% owned subsidiary of AWT.

2. The Company is duly incorporated with SECP Islamabad, member of Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), registered as commercial importer with Pakistan Customs and also registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

3. The Company is engaged in construction of a mega commercial project of Rs. 5.5 Billions comprising 18 storey high-rise in the heart of Lahore i.e. Liberty Roundabout, Gulberg. It is going to be first high-end corporate offices building meant for national / multinational companies on rent / long term lease. Vertically it touches 200 feet above ground and is going to be equipped with following features:-
